Hospitable appoints Nouran Smogluk as the new Director of Support
Vacation rental management platform Hospitable has announced the appointment of Nouran Smogluk as its new Director of Support. This latest addition to the Hospitable team is part of an effort to build upon the company’s track record of award-winning customer service as it expands its reach further into Asia and the Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.
With a strong track record of scaling customer-support operations across Europe, Smogluk brings with her nearly a decade of experience within the customer service arena, including senior roles at Hamburg-based website development company Jimdo. Nouran joins Hospitable from the route planning app komoot where she was Director of User and Partner Success.
In her new role Nouran will focus on coaching and mentoring to develop the wider Hospitable support team as well as refining current processes to improve support consistency, response times and resolution rates for customers.
Empowering hosts to enhance guest experience through Hospitable’s product support, Nouran and her team will work closely with hosts to develop a process that aligns with the unique needs of those looking to build their operations, grow their business, and foster success.
