Criton, a UK based tech startup, has launched a new “group app” tool designed specifically with the hospitality industry in mind.
The product has been conceived as a way for hoteliers and hospitality professionals responsible for multiple accommodations to easily update information on each property through the use of a “single container app”.

Key features of the product include, full brand control for both individual properties and the parent group; the ability to list properties by category, such as location or accommodation type and an integrated map tool to ensure ease of use for guests when planning their visit itinerary.
As well as directing queries from guests to the correct property with filters for individual properties and central or head office contact information, to facilitate ease of communication between a hotels team and guests before during and after guests’ stays.

Cheval Residences, a supplier of luxury serviced apartments across London, has been the first company to utilise the new platform with eight of its properties contained within their new app.
