5-star Grand Millennium launches mobile app to “revolutionise” hotel stay

Grand Millennium Dubai, a 5-star property in Barsha Heights, has announced the launch of its very own app for Apple and Android phones. Created to address guests (pre, during and post-arrival at the hotel), the app offers ‘Special App Only’ discounts and information on the hotel’s amenities and the surrounding area.
Available to download for free on both the platforms, the ‘Grand Millennium Dubai’ app allows guests and visitors to directly contact the hotel for room reservations, personal trainers, and rental cars. The app also features a city-guide and an image gallery with a 360-degree view of the spaces at the hotel.

Oussama Chalak, general manager at the hotel, said: “Mobile apps are leading the way in customer engagement practice for hospitality brands. The app gives the brand the ability to stay connected with their guests from a device that they always have on them. We are sure the launch of this app will revolutionise the hotel stay experience for our guests.”
The hotel’s ‘Just Ask’, a WhatsApp service for guests to communicate directly with the hotel, is also integrated with the mobile app. As a launch offer, the app is providing up to 15% discount on room stays, 25% discount on restaurant bills and 30% discount on spa treatments.
