Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok prepares to welcome the winter season in style with La Symphonie d’Hiver, a Grand Orchestra Concert. On the evening of Friday, 4 November 2022, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok presents La Symphonie d’Hiver, A Grand Orchestra Concert, as part of its tradition to welcome the winter season. Specifically inspired by the wintertime of France and all the wintery scenes of beautiful local fares, the exhilarating concert will be performed live by Thai Youth Orchestra. A music ensemble; totalling nearly 50 players and singers who will delight the audience with a seasonal repertoire as well as a mixture of orchestral and choral classics.
Amidst the exquisitely beautiful surrounding of decorations and displays recreated to reminisce the seasonal scenery in the hotel’s atrium lobby allows the sound to bloom and sparkle for the perfectly angelic resonance, guests can look forward to being enchanted in an evening of musical pleasure, with some of the most popular classical tunes and well-known orchestral works of renowned French composers in the best possible way.
Highlights from the finely-crafted compilation include Maurice Ravel’s notable, influential impressionist musical pieces – all of which will never fail to stir up nostalgia and awe of the 20th century with their vivid expressions. Likewise, an exciting feature of some of Claude Debussy’s most celebrated pieces from his ravishingly delicate orchestral tapestries, regarded as a link between romanticism and modernity, will be re-orchestrated with precise poetic harmony as the centrepiece of the program.
Further complimenting this ‘Grand’ occasion is the gala dinner buffet at The Dining Room, the Executive Chef David Senia carefully prepared to present from start to finish. With a French-inspired buffet spread alongside delicious dining specialties from around the world, diners can expect sensational savoury delights from a variety of seafood on ice such as rock lobsters, New Zealand mussels, and everyone’s favourite freshly shucked oysters to premium-quality meats at the carving corner serving juicy Australian lamb racks and prime sirloin steak, complete with an entire line of sauces and condiments.
Asian and Western specialties prepared ‘à-la-minute’ from live-cooking stations, an artisanal selection of imported cheeses and cold-cuts, and an irresistible variety of desserts and treats with some French sweet temptations are part of the offering and make an ideal way to complete your feasting in this considerable gourmet paradise.
