Go City has launched the Hong Kong pass and expanded efforts to more effectively reach APAC-based travellers at key points in their planning journey. As the global leader in multi-attraction passes, these are the latest examples of Go City’s significant investment in the APAC region.
The reimagined Go City Hong Kong pass helps travellers access 20+ of the top attractions and experiences in the city, including Hong Kong Disneyland. Travellers can also choose from popular attractions like the Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car, Big Bus Hop-On Hop-Off Sightseeing Tour, Sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck, Peak Tram and a variety of cultural, heritage, food an
The pass offers travellers the opportunity to see the best of what Hong Kong has to offer, from the top sights to unique off-the-beaten-path experiences, all on one app, at up to 50% savings over buying individual tickets. Originally launched in 2018, Go City’s Hong Kong pass offering was removed during the pandemic. This launch of the reimagined and improved product will capitalize on APAC’s full return to travel, as purchases from Chinese outbound travellers are now exceeding pre-pandemic levels.
Go City’s presence and investment in APAC have grown significantly in the past year. As the leading attraction pass globally, Go City is skilled in reaching traditionally hard-to-reach travellers in the US, UK, and Australia, which is highly appealing to attractions in the region. In addition, with restrictions lifted, Go City is now heavily investing in reaching travellers from Korea, India and Mainland China.
“As soon as restrictions began lifting from APAC regions, we immediately saw sales grow 10x. We’re confident that the relaunch of the Hong Kong product will appeal to global travellers, but we’re also eager to see the response from Asian travellers, as that’s where we’re seeing the highest amounts of growth right now. With restrictions lifted, travellers are more than ready to get back out there, and we’re fully prepared at Go City to help them get the most out of their city vacations.” says Jon Owen, CEO, Go City.

“Hong Kong is a city that’s vibrant, diverse, and filled with incredible sights to discover. With Go City, visitors will have access to a whole new level of exploration and adventure. I’m thrilled to see Go City taking off, and I’m certain that it will provide travellers with an unforgettable experience in this amazing city.” – Kengi Wan, EVP Hong Kong & China at The Big Bus Company (Hong Kong) Limited.
Go City’s Hong Kong pass joins a suite of other recent APAC destination launches, including Seoul and Bangkok. The company plans to continue their expansion in the region, by growing its product offering, expanding its marketing, and growing its local team to support the increased business.
With Go City, customers only need to purchase one digital pass to enter the attractions of their choosing, all from their mobile device with no further payment at the gate. The app includes an interactive map and recommendations, which lets customers explore the city on their own terms or find new experiences of interest.
There are two options for Go City Hong Kong, each designed for a different type of travel style. Purchasing an All-Inclusive pass (starting at HK $1479) lets customers maximise their visits and see as much of the city as they want for a set number of days within 14 days. Alternately, an Explorer Pass lets travellers take their time, only visiting a select number of attractions over a 60-day period (starting at HK$799).
