GlobalTix partners with Go City to digitise travel services
GlobalTix, Asia’s preferred reservation and distribution platform, and Go City, the world’s largest attraction pass business, announced a collaboration that will provide convenience and integrated experiences for Go City customers, agents and operators. This partnership will take effect in Go City’s destinations in APAC, including Bangkok, Singapore, Seoul and Sydney.

Go City customers can now easily reserve experiences on a customised solution powered by GlobalTix. The technology solution offers direct connectivity to Go City’s platform, allowing Go City customers to reserve an attraction for their preferred date and time, and redeem experiences through a single portal. They can modify their reservations at multiple attractions, without having to reach out to operators. As a result of this collaboration, customers will experience increased convenience and significant time savings, and operators can look forward to increased sales volume and realising the full potential of their business.
Go City Customers can enter attractions seamlessly using GlobalTix’s proprietary scanners and kiosks. With this strategic partnership, Go City will be integrated with GlobalTix’s proprietary kiosks and smart scanners, which are already used in a growing number of key attractions in the region. Go City customers will no longer need to queue at the ticketing booths, but will be able to enter directly with one simple scan. In attractions with kiosks, the ticket exchange can be automated, leading to a more seamless customer experience, while keeping true to Go City’s mantra – save more, experience more, always easy.
This partnership will provide integrated experiences for travellers visiting Go City’s destinations in APAC, including Bangkok, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney and more Agents can now purchase Go City products directly on GlobalTix’s platform. Go City Explorer and All-Inclusive Passes are now available on GlobalTix’s platform, offering agents direct access to purchase passes in real-time. Additionally, the collaboration allows Go City to benefit from GlobalTix’s network of over 2,500 agents and resellers.
