FCM Travel India appoints Shailendra Pandey as the new Chief Technology Officer
In a strategic move to bolster its technological capabilities, FCM Travel India has appointed Shailendra Pandey as its new Chief Technology Officer. Pandey brings 17 years of experience in the technology sector, previously in roles such as a Development Engineer, Solutions Manager, and was most recently the Director of Engineering for a billion-dollar company before joining FCM Travel India.
A seasoned Software Engineer, Pandey is set to synchronise the company’s corporate technology product strategy with its business objectives, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience for both customers and users.
His role will be pivotal in aligning with the India leadership team and integrating with the broader technological strategies across Asia. Key to his mandate is the development and implementation of an automation roadmap that promises to elevate productivity and reinforce data reliability.
Working closely with three of FCM Asia’s Chief Technology Officers in Asia, Japan and China, Pandey will develop and deploy an automation roadmap to drive productivity while increasing data reliability.
