Workflow Associate
About this job
In conjunction with the Workflow Manager the Associate monitors, and coordinates the daily activities of the workflow and queues of the Distribution area. Sets the priorities of contracts, updates, specials, and projects for destination. Collaborates daily with other teams, particularly procurement and outsourcing teams. Uses defined processes and independent judgement to properly defuse escalated or more complex issues in the most expedient manner possible. Maintain strong relationships with our supplier partners to increase speed to market. Ensure that content is entered in an accurately, consistently and timely manner, thus maximizing TTV and allowing for ease of sale to the selling partners.
Job Duties
Manage workflow of incoming contracts, specials and promotions to increase speed to market and support the strategy of the team. Liaise with procurement, suppliers and other teams to ensure management of any escalations in a timely manner.
Ensure issues and recommendations with regard to programs, tools, projects, and processes are properly being followed.
Champions recommendations to Workflow Manager for change/improvements. Promotes achievement of common goals.

Skills & Capabilities
TravelBox, Hotelhub, Travolutionary back office system/s experience
Microsoft office – Excel experience essential
Demonstrate detailed knowledge of travel industry and Flight Centre Wholesale Businesses
High attention to detail and ability to resolve issues
Setting, managing and meeting work timelines
Establishing and managing people and resources required to achieve goals
