Visa Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer all visa related enquiries, providing advice to travel consultants on visa requirements and procedure.
2. Manage Visa knowledge database and be contact point for TC/AM/BDM on Visa related questions
3. Ensure FCM Visa delivery from and to client have a secure and safe process
4. Maintaining and updating current visa database
5. When required, assist to submit visa to Embassy nearby office if the despatch/visa team is down.
6. Assist visa enquiry for MY, HK & SG teams including updating their visa page when their visa team is down and/or despatch team is out for errand
7. Compiling and maintaining quarantine hotels for all 3 markets
8. Maintain Navigator consistency for layout in 3 markets
9. Assist despatch team to ensure consultant post invoice timely once visa is approved
10. Regular catch up with MY, HK & SG visa team for latest markets updates
11. Refresh training for operations on latest updates when required
 
Commercial
1. Continue to improve FCM Visa service quality, such as online project and delivery of Visa services on Online booking systems.
2. Responsible to improve Visa services attachment ratio
 
Key Requirements:
1. Excellent command of both spoken and written English
2. Experience in processing visa applications
3. Minimum two years working experiences, preferred in services industry
4. Mature, independent, self-motivated, client service oriented and team spirited
5. Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
