About the opportunity
Pinnacle is Flight Centre’s experiential ‘high touch’, premium concierge service offering delivered by highly experienced travel valets known as Pinnacle Advisors. Pinnacle is also internally referred to as our premium white glove butler service. This top tier of service is usually reserved for CEO’s, Board members and perhaps a handful of other executives from the C-Suite, those who require immediate and dedicated attention.
For this top level, Pinnacle Advisors deal directly with the Traveller and/or their EA/PA to ensure continuity of personalised service. Discerning consumers increasingly have a greater desire for a more personal touch and bespoke service        offering. Our Pinnacle Advisors provide our executive customers unrivalled travel advisory services through a comprehensive on-boarding process, ensuring our bespoke premium service is seamlessly delivered.
You will work in a dynamic and productive environment, with a fantastic existing client base, and enjoy excellent benefits, work conditions and above award salary. You will have extensive experience with VIP travellers and perhaps high-end retail experience – for those customers seeking a discerning travel experience, for both their personal and business requirements.   
What you’ll need:
Establish rapport with all travelers and administration staff 
Must be comfortable servicing and interfacing with C-level executives and their administrative staff  
Provide consultative service to travelers and travel arrangers throughout the booking process. 
Utilise creative thinking and problem-solving skills to identify the best options for air/ground and lodging arrangements. 
Go above and beyond to proactively offer suggestions and consultation for all components of the booking during reservation process 
Maintain goal expectations in the following areas: – Productivity – measured by transactions/phone calls per month and phone and email SLA reports – Customer experience – measured through call monitoring performance. 
Sabre experience preferable
Self-ticketing an advantage
