We are seeking a motivated and highly enthusiastic individual looking for an exciting chance to join Flight Centre Travel Group as a Part Time UX Designer.
In this role, you will be supporting the Global Business Intelligence team to design creative and professional global reporting. You will be working together with our BI developers to create visually appealing dashboards/reports to provide relevant insights for our business leaders and teams.
 
The Global Data team is responsible for the reporting centre of excellence across multiple countries around the globe. Whenever someone requires data of some kind of predefined or ad-hoc reporting, this team is the go-to shop. We provide a range of financial and operational reports to all areas of the business in order for them to make informed, data driven decisions.
 
The Opportunity in a nutshell:
 
Consulting with business stakeholders to understand their goals and insights they want to see in their dashboards/reports
Designing and implementing effective dashboards/reports
Conducting usability testing on the new dashboards/reports
Creating wireframes for initial dashboards/reports design
Analysing business feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
Assisting with business BI training on how to use the new dashboards/reports
 
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
 
Min 2 years’ experience as a UX Designer
Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe, Illustrator, Zeplin or OmniGraffle
Business Know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
If you have a creative and analytical approach
Strong portfolio of design products
