We are currently looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our Cruise Customer Service Team. Our ideal candidate may not have experience in the cruise industry but has a passion for travel, exceptional customer engagement skills, and is ready to immerse themselves in all things cruise.
 
Daily responsibilities for our Aftersales Travel Consultants include coordinating customer booking requirements, managing post-sale upgrades, assisting with insurance quotes, amending existing bookings, and assisting with general customer service duties. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced consultants who are looking to move away from direct sales and into a more customer service-oriented role.
