This is an excellent opportunity for experienced consultants who are looking to move away from direct sales and into a more customer-service oriented role.
Daily responsibilities in our Customer Service Team include managing the aftersales aspect of our customer’s holidays, finalising accurate payments, maintaining professional and accurate customer records, and delivering on service targets. As such, you’ll have proven customer service abilities, strong attention to detail, and an innate ability to interpret customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
