Training Designer

We are currently looking for an accredited Training Designer to implement instructional design processes related to systems and skills training.
Daily responsibilities for our Training Designer include:
Identifying specific training requirements
Developing learning materials that enable the transfer of required skills, knowledge and attitudes to existing and new employees
Reviewing current training delivery practices to improve efficiency
Working with internal customers/stakeholders to establish design briefs and/or curriculum for learning solutions
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience in engaging a sales focussed team
The ability to lead with vision and values
Our ideal candidate also has, at minimum, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
