Responsabilities
Offer every customers tours and other activities branded Discova.
Ensuring welcome packs, company branding and other collateral is in line with one best way and presentable to our customers.
Maintain the expertise in the domestic market by being up to date with domestic information or changes.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets as directed by the Host Team Leader.
About you
The Essentials:
Bachelor degree or a degree in tourism and hospitality is preferred
Minimum 1year experience in a sales environment comfortable working to and achieving sales targets – Experience in tourism industry sales preferred
Fluent in both written and spoken English is required and other European languages would be an advantage
The Attributes:
Good written and verbal English.
Outstanding sales skills with strong customer care focus
Result Orientated
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to te flexible and implementing change when needed
Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders.
