Technical Solutions Analyst
The Technical Solutions Analyst is passionate about creating amazing workplace experiences. Technology experience covers exposure to Office 365 products in a design and analysis capacity using SharePoint and Business Process Automation tools.
Responsibilities:
Part of an inclusive Digital Workplace team passionate about helping people and organizations collaborate better
Helping to develop solutions with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerAutomate, K2, and UIPath
Understanding how various systems connect using APIs to extend the digital workplace
Working with the Head of Digital Workplace in the Technology team and respective business teams to improve collaboration and deliver Flight Centre’s Process Centre of Excellence
Working effectively with multidisciplinary teams of customer stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, designers, developers, testers, and systems personnel
Participating in solution design and peer reviews
Supporting, extending, and communicating team standards and processes
Requirements:
Basic SharePoint administration knowledge
Basic understanding of PowerAutomate, Nintex, K2, or other process automation tools
Understand the concept of Web Services/RESTful APIs
Exposure to Knowledge Management, Intranets, Extranets, Reporting, Analytics and Process Improvement
Ability to understand and translate technical issues to business language and vice versa
Understanding of IT governance fundamentals and associated frameworks
High level analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong problem management skills across a diverse set of technical environments
Has worked in or around software development teams
No coding skills necessary
High-level Office 365 skills applied to planning, communication presentations, and documentation
Intermediate skills in MS Project, Jira or similar applied to project planning and process analysis/planning
Intermediate statistical analysis skills applied to data analysis
High-level team building and motivation skills applied to building and facilitating cross-functional working groups
