We have an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our highly collaborative, inclusive & progressive Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team.  You’ll work closely with the product owner and their teams to help deliver initiatives on our product roadmap.

About the role:
 
Build and manage relationships with key business, project stakeholders and internal IT teams to gather, develop, and validate business requirements
Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented as envisaged
Simplify information and deciphering technical or non-technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team
Working with development team and test teams to develop, test and implement solution enhancements
Support the product owner with deployment activities such as cutover, related change management activities and associated documentation
Assisting with improving technical administration and support activities through your SQL and scripting knowledge
Build and manage relationships with key business stakeholders and to champion the adoption of the delivered solution through provision of expert solution support
 
We’d love to hear from you if:
 
3+ years’ experience in capturing business and technical requirements
Previous experience working with Finance and HR system projects with strong understanding of finance business processes would be preferable
You are self motivated and excited to work in a small team with strong ownership of your work
Good understanding of Microsoft T-SQL language
Strong collaboration and communication skills in a multi-disciplined team
You can produce and maintain documentation such as user cases, business processes, workflow diagrams, business, and functional requirement documents
Have empathy for the customer experience
Facilitate a collaborative working relationship in cross functional teams
