About the opportunity
We’re looking for energetic and driven leader who are ready to step up and support our experienced Travel Managers and Corporate Customers. A Corporate Team Leader is responsible for the success of their team by providing the direction and vision as well as creating a positive and connected culture within a remote working environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage your own portfolio of Customers
Driving financial results and KPI’s
Coaching and developing team members to improve performance
Motivating and maintaining the spirit of the team
Providing vision and focus for your team
Monitor team’s performance to ensure they meet goals
Implementing and evaluating all new processes and procedures
Monitor trends and patterns in agent and team performance to identify problem areas and act for continuous improvement
Maintaining effective relationships and communications with customers, suppliers & internal support departments.
Driving financial results and KPI’s
Education and Skills Required:
Proven sales ability with consistent figures
Minimum 12 months experience as a Corporate Travel Manager
Team player, ability to develop your staff
Organized
Great business sense
Disciplined
Visionary
Flexible
Proven past record with strong systems
Good communicator
Extensive knowledge of corporate travel, company, systems, and policies
Have passion to drive the business
Create a fun, dynamic and exciting work environment
