About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Manager sits within the People and Culture team and owns the design and deployment of the FCTG Talent Acquisition Strategy. This involves the continual assessment of the Employer Brand and the efficient external marketing of that brand to perpetually attract quality candidates to the business. The role will also seek to design and deliver a quality on boarding experience for all applicants in terms of candidate management and associated communications and ensure that high potential talent is acquired for all vacancies across the business in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment Marketing: Build and manage relationships with all recruitment marketing avenues to include agencies, job boards, LinkedIn
Resourcing; Identify and track staff vacancies across all areas of the business, coordinate and facilitate assessment days and provide total recruitment management
Employer Brand Strategy; Help create and maintain strong employer branding through awards, company messages, LinkedIn, competitor analysis
Relationship Building: Build strong rapport with business leaders and candidates
Strategic planning; Future plan recruitment needs across the business
Key Requirements:
Excellent Communicator
Clear Understanding of the Organisation; Company benefits and Culture
Ability to build and sustain relationships both internally and externally
Self-motivation and management
Ability to multi task
Creative ability
Experience/Qualifications:
Degree educated-preferred
CIPD-preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in a Senior Talent Acquisition role- Essential
