Flight Centre Travel Group is an industry leading Travel company and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, development, maintenance, user support and administration of the Antares mid-office and Axapta back-office systems. This exciting role will also require the individual to build strong working relationships across various departments and with external third-party providers.
Responsibilities:
Product ownership for Antares and Axapta
Work with various departments to ensure system efficiencies maximised
Improvement of business process and management of system upgrades
Business and system process documentation
User Training
System Support
Maintain system supplier relationship
Credit card handoffs
Skills:
Understanding of travel & finance systems
Communication Skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Change Implementation and Management
Business Support
Planning and Coordination
Qualifications:
Mid/back office systems experience
Travel Industry experience
GDS experience
Process documentation
