We are looking for a Manager, SEO & Analytics to spearhead our SEO & Analytics strategy and growth across our four markets with operations in the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia.

Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a highly analytical and perceptive Manager, SEO and Analytics to join our data-driven marketing team. As someone who is obsessed with all things SEO – backlinks, site architecture, indexing keywords, on/off page, analytics, and rankings will be your bread and butter. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a proactive strategy to increase our organic visibility in all four of our global markets.
You’ll be a continual source of inspiration, a vocal advocate of all things SEO and will thrive in a collaborative environment.  You’ll need to feel at home in the fast-paced world of travel tech, be comfortable in communicating in an unambiguous way and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in.

Your responsibilities
Plan, develop and implement our SEO & ASO strategy across our four markets
Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
Collaborate closely with internal Marketing, Engineering, Product and Data/BI teams to strengthen our local and global SEO performance.
Devise and own the strategy, planning, and execution of SEO and ASO initiatives for our 4 international websites, incorporating local marketplace requirements and driving channel growth.
Audit and analyze StudentUniverse’s SEO performance across multiple international websites, identifying issues, finding root-causes, and experimenting with solutions to improve performance at scale.
Analyze and communicate the SEO channels business performance to local and global stakeholders, sharing, learning, and improving best practices.
Set and manage SEO OKRs. Monitor the health of SEO channel including redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
Utilize all available data to analyze opportunities, quantify performance and monitor competitors – formulating strategies based on your analysis.
Build a pipeline of new features improving organic landing experiences and rankings
Work with the content team to ensure campaigns are optimized to support SEO where appropriate and to help identify opportunities for locally relevant campaigns and link strategies.
Must have skills
5 years of experience of relevant experience in the SEO industry (preferably with an in-house team), other product management, digital marketing, data analysis or software engineering experience is a plus.
Experience in planning and implementing successful SEO global and local strategies
A strategic understanding of large-scale SEO: projects that scale globally and bring measurable results.
Experience with website analysis using a variety of tools, including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
Experience working with popular keyword tools
Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript & website administration including GTM
In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
