Senior Direct Marketing Executive

About the Role
In this role you will be helping to develop, execute and manage various types of data-driven promotional and strategic marketing activity.  You’ll work on direct marketing for our Flight Centre brands including creating email campaigns, customer journeys & automation, improving engagement, while helping to drive acquisition and retention strategies for our databases.
You will be dealing with different Flight Centre brands and people around the Flight Centre business; this will mean you will be working in a busy retail marketing environment and therefore must enjoy the fast-paced nature of retail marketing!
Key Responsibilities
Developing & maintaining a customer contact plan across Direct Marketing channels
Developing and building customer journeys
Planning, producing, and deploying creative and engaging email campaigns using SFMC
Developing and managing acquisition and retention campaigns for our clubs
Utilising and analysing customer segmentation models to improve performance
About You:
Solid experience developing and building creative email campaigns and customer journeys
Experience using email automation platforms
Sound data analytical skills
Savvy time management and organisational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
The proven ability to build great relationships with various business partners & internal stakeholders
