We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist in identifying opportunities and effectiveness of the Transformation of FCTGs systems and process within FCTG’s Global Leisure network. FCTG over the last 24 months has initiated a Transformative change program to the consultant and customer booking technology systems and consequently processes.
 
This is an opportunity to work within a dynamic project team in a complex environment influencing and driving change.
 
What you’ll do…
 
Provide strategic business analysis services to business partners.
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
Assess business process and system inefficiencies
Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation
Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
Work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer’s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates
Review assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks
Lead small to mid-size projects to assisting other project managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions that affect team members and providers at the market level
Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
 
Who you are…
 
At least 5 years’ experience within an enterprise environment
Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.
Data analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
