Job Title:  Salesforce Technical Program Lead
 
Job Purpose: 
The Salesforce.com Team provides technical expertise, global governance and support across the Salesforce.com platform within Flight Centre.
The Salesforce Technical Program Lead will provide advice and guidance around technical design decisions on the Salesforce.com platform. The Tech program lead role will provide technical expertise across one or many streams of: – Procurement- Global Support- Distribution- Touring Brands
Responsibilities: 
Responsibilities: ● Lead and support administrators and their technical work stack to ensure planned, emergency and compliance work deadlines are met● Design and create the underlying data structure and data flows to support the application build, including producing documentation● Undertake R&D, prototyping of solutions which support the business solutions being developed● Provide solution design and architecture governance on all projects ● Use and help improve the project management application, to ensure effective tracking and communication of project work● Participate in the evolution of team best practices, standards and policies● Understand Salesforce.com database structure and governance rules and successfully on train to administrators● Write test classes & perform system testing● Deploy code within deployment management process framework● Configure objects, fields, layouts etc in Saleforce.com, ensuring alignment with requirements and existing security and structure ● Liaise with business analysts, development team, architect and administrators to establish best solution for new work● Ensure the GLS Salesforce.com instance has good quality training, user support and release documentation which is consistent in content and aligns with business understanding● Communicate and work with other members of this team closely to ensure project and business needs are met
Qualifications:
Essential:
Minimum 3 years’ experience with Salesforce.com
Support experience at level 3 or higher
Project / software development lifecycle experience
Logical, analytical mindset
Minimum of 2 Salesforce.com certifications ie; Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Certified Administrator
Desirable:
Project / software development lifecycle experience
Flight Centre business experience
Salesforce.com certifications ie; Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Certified Administrator
