About the opportunity
Our Travel Consultants curate travel experiences that exceed our customers dreams. We design even the craziest travel adventures, and we bring them to life. One minute you could be booking a cruise in Alaska, the next you could be booking a safari tour in Africa – no holiday booked will ever be the same!
This role is with our specialist team, First & Business!
Help to plan, book, and coordinate your customer’s travel experience. Work towards KPI’s and incentive targets, building customer relationships and progress in your career.
You will be:
Using your travel experience to sell the products and destinations you love
Working on a 7 day rotating roster
Connecting with customers to foster business relationships
Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintain financial documents
Become certified in nationally recognised qualifications

Ability to connect with customers
Passion for travel
Experience working in customer service/retail/hospitality
Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPI’s
Ability to confidently learn new computer systems
You’re driven, highly motivated and an efficient organiser
You have exceptional attention to detail and love problem solving
