Sales and Reservations Executive
Discova… is searching for an industrious, collaborative Sales and Reservations Executive to join our global team!
 
About the Opportunity
As a member of the Discova team, the Sales & Reservations Executive is part of a passionate, high performing team who are committed to consistently delivering an outstanding customer service and sales experience to our partners and their clients. You’ll fit right in if you’re full of friendly energy and are eager to exceed individual and team sales targets.
 
Your main responsibilities are:  
Service all internal and external enquiries professionally and efficiently within 24 hours or according to business needs with consistent follow up to ensure higher conversion
Resolve all agent service issues to the end customer’s satisfaction with appropriate corrective, preventive measures and in a timely manner
Ensure all bookings, passenger details, logistics information, internal notes and supplier notes updated in the systems in an accurate and timely manner
Collaborate on product developments for key accounts and new business opportunities in conjunction with the Sales & Reservations Manager, CM and Product, to ensure our offering is differentiated and competitively priced
Drive the business and team members to success using our vision and business plan as a guide
 
About you
The Essentials:
A degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage
Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, other European languages would be an advantage
Management training or experience in leading teams is desirable

Strong collaboration and communication skills (both verbal and written)
High attention to detail and strong time/priority management skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills across cultures

Comfortable with a flexible, rotating roster
Willing to travel on business when required 
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
