Job title:
Marketing Brand Co-Ordinator
Purpose:
This role aims to assist in the delivery of all marketing operations with duties within the Corporate Brand alongside the Marketing Leader’s business strategies and implementations
Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)
Corporate – duties and responsibilities
Monthly content briefs
Monthly creative design briefs
Campaign activity scheduling and delivery
Delivery on brand operational requirements
Implementation of brand marketing plans
Traffic all advertising/marketing efforts to appropriate channels
Preparing marketing activity reports for measuring program success
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed

Corporate Marketing Leader
Key communication and relationships:
Internal: Consultants, Area Leaders, GM’s, Marketing and Product.
External: Contracted Suppliers, customers

1 – 2 years marketing experience (B2B – advantageous)
