Job title:
Digital Marketing Specialist
Purpose:
Planning, implementing and monitoring Flight Centre’s SEM, Ecommerce Remarketing strategy, oversee SEO together with Marketing leader. Increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase transactions and enquiries.
Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)
Manage Flight Centre Google Adwords account – drive strategy for eCommerce and Flight Centre
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Provide continuous feedback monthly reporting
Liaise with Global team regarding SEO and aligning strategies.
GotBot Framework management
Maintain and manage the relationship with Criteo(Third part Vendor)
Maintain and manage the relationship with Salesforce
Strategizing and building cart abandonment tactics for eCommerce to increase recovered sales
Manage onpage SEO with SEO Expert and Content Team(PR Company)
Rollout of onpage SEO strategy together with Global Team and Marketing Leader
Hierarchy:

Key communication and relationships:
Internal: Product and Marketing, GM’s, Area Leaders, Consultants, Customer Experience.
External: Contracted suppliers and customers.

Experience:
Digital tertiary qualification
Digital fluency – using technology and apps to optimise efficiency
Strong understanding of analytics and how it applies to digital. Being able to make informed decisions.
