Job Title: Bid Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Bid Manager / National Sales Leader
Job Purpose:
To Support Bid Manager during the bid process for FCTG Corporate Brands (FCM Travel Solutions & Corporate Traveller).
Position based: JNB Head Office, Blackheath area
Duties and responsibilities:
Assist bid manager with general bid duties as assigned
Completion of RFP/ RFI / RFQ documents on behalf of the Business Development Managers (BDM’s) & Bid Manager
Ensure Company Certificates get certified for inclusion of bids by the commissioner of oaths within the business
Ensure bid documents are signed by Director or applicable parties in the business
Printing, collation and binding of bid documents for submission
Quality checking of documents before submission
Communication between bid manager and BDM’s during bid process
Be prepared to learn and upskill
Attend training sessions, focus days and invest in company culture
Be open to additional duties as the role progresses
