SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, recruit, and interview prospective employees for non agent positions
Determine appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and supports administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing
Partner with site management to understand and anticipate recruiting needs and ensure appropriate applicant flow
Support Recruiting Supervisor and/or Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Average to above average understanding and use of MS Office Tools esp. MS Excel
Knowledge of Sitel recruitment policies and processes (for internal)
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least one (1) year of successful recruiting experience for non-exempt personnel, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Call center experience strongly preferred.
EDUCATION
Business-related college degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR or general business
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong, effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills with the ability to use a variety of software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple projects/tasks
Effective organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to successfully recruit non-exempt associates to increase retention and meet high-volume recruiting needs
Demonstrated success as a business partner to leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Ability to develop effective business relationships both internally and externally
Ability to influence others and present a positive company image
