Job Title: Project Manager
Summary: The overall scope of this position as a Project Manager would be to manage several projects within a strategic global program.  You will be expected to utilize your experiences and tools to guarantee outcomes and to support others involved in the project.
Responsibilities:
•   Build and maintain project plan, including approach, scope, tasks, durations, work effort, dependencies, budget, planning, assumptions, risks, resource allocation, and deliverable definitions
•   Coordinate and facilitate core and extended project track meetings
•   Responsible for identifying and resolving project issues
•   Proactively provide project status to project team and stakeholders
•   Utilizing and ensuring project adherence to standard project management processes      across the entire project life cycle
•   Manage the project change control process
•   Measure project progress against agreed objectives and success criteria
Position Requirements:
3+ years in a customer facing role – Excellent customer service skills needed
Minimum of 5 years experience in project management disciplines, with experience planning and executing IT projects and programs
Proactive, with the ability to work autonomously
Experience with managing large scale  projects
Strong project management skills with experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing projects from definition through implementation
Requires excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment skills, strong supervisory skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with project team members, project sponsors, functional leads, and senior management
Requires strong experience using Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.)
Must demonstrate professionalism working directly with internal clients, vendors and external clients as needed
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and pride in well-presented and accurate work
Flexibility to travel as required to regional locations
Core Competencies
Good communicator – Able to facilitate meetings, ask good questions, listen well and absorb what is being said
Problem solving skills – Being able to express a shared understanding of a problem, possible solutions and determine the scope of the project.  Think out of the box, be creative.
Critical Thinking skills – Responsible for evaluating multiple options before helping the team settle on a solution.  Consider stakeholders needs but also ask probing questions to understand the real purpose.
Documentation – ability to create clear and concise documentation including workflows as requested
Analysis Skills – understand the downstream impact of change or a new solution and identify gaps.

This role can be performed onsite, remote or on a hybrid schedule, in compliance with the Company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy.
