Discova… is searching for a meticulous, collaborative Product Support Executive to join our global team! 

About the Opportunity 

As Product Support Executive you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Product team. You will be responsible for the accurate load and maintenance of products in Discova’s system and ensure that a one best way of load is followed through. You will become highly familiar with creating product packages in Tourplan. In time, your key responsibility will be to keep the various tasks moving towards completion at deadline. Working closely with the Product Coordinator, your role will involve a deep understanding of Product work in progress. You will handle multiple tasks at a time, and the effective use of Asana in this will be important. 

Your main responsibilities are:    

Ensure load is done accurately and to the agreed one best way across the company to optimise output 

Review reporting requirements to assist in both accuracy of the load and analysing data to improve efficiency 

Manage workflow of incoming tasks & uploading correct product packages into the system in a timely manner 

Responsible for training (face to face and virtually) on the load of products and any new process related to the load to team members, but also other departments when needed 

Working closely with the Product Loading team from Discova to ensure smooth integration 

Reviewing product design plans with the Product team and support in key tasks that need to be completed to bring the product to market 

About you  

The Essentials: 

2 years’ related work experience in travel/tour industry 

Good command of both written and spoken English 

Experience in transferring information between multiple teams and systems 

Ability to become an expert on a topic or a system 

 The Attributes:  

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel 

Familiarity with Tourplan would be an advantage 

Results-orientated and highly organised 

High attention to detail 

Ability to follow a process very closely 

Solution focused and proactive in problem solving 

Able to work independently and within a team, assisting team members to help everyone achieve results 

Willing to travel on business when required 

Personally aligned with Discova’s company purpose and values
