About the Opportunity
You will be responsible for the product development in Asia. You must be able to troubleshoot, have strong communication skills, good negotiation skills and knowledge of software integration and development. Support is provided to both internal and external users who incorporate Corporate Customers.
Provide 1st level support for the servicing teams and 2nd level support to selected client via servicing teams.
Monitor queries and action within the SLA and within quality control standards.
Defining product strategy and roadmap
Provide support and assist the Account Managers with existing clients.
Provide support to the Training team to ensure that they are training the right aspects and are aware of any problem areas.
Provide assistance with any adhoc uploads into the systems.
Share knowledge and trends to proactively avoid future challenges
Strategic planning with the Product Manager and Account Manager regarding the business needs, implementation processes, tool enhancements and any other support required to sell and support our technology offering
Building rapport with servicing teams to better understand their needs and our client needs
Awareness of the importance of system integration and development to support business growth.
Understanding and belief in a Business Plan

Requirements
Minimum 3 years Business Travel external experience.
A comprehensive knowledge of the GDS’s and processes
Experience in a commercial or business environment
Software development and product lifecycle knowledge
Proven success in previous roles is advantageous
