About the Opportunity
Global Supply is Flight Centre Travel Group’s global in-house product procurement and consolidation business, servicing a number of Flight Centre’s worldwide selling businesses including Retail, in-country support, Liberty Travel, GoGo Worldwide Vacations and Flight Centre Asia.
Be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that is pivotal to the success of the Procurement strategies and goals in this exciting new role. You’ll be working closely with our Contracting Managers to support the strategic procurement plan of a portfolio of global suppliers. This role will see you well connected with your key stakeholders being internal customers, external supplier partners and the procurement teams.

A few details about what the role will involve and have responsibility for:
Assist with administrative functions including user account maintenance, reporting, workflows and other tasks
End-to-end management of select Procurement portfolio projects
Assist implementation of initiatives to improve Procurement efficiencies
Analyse and test existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
Run and analyse reports to identify production trends, gaps, product and price positioning
Effectively act as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders
Provide support for escalations of booking-related queries
Assist in resolving user experience issues
In addition to your Procurement experience, we’d love to hear from you if you have:
Wholesale travel/tourism/hotel industry experience
Excellent time-management including the ability to prioritise among competing opportunities
Effective communication and management skills across a variety of stakeholders
A view towards career progression
Empathy for the customer experience with proven customer service skills
The ability to problem-solve and find solutions
Work autonomously and as part of team
