TMOZ are after an experienced People & Training Leader.  Based in the Brisbane HQ, this role will execute & oversee Recruitment, Staffing, R&D, Training, and Leadership programs for Travel Money Oz and NZ retail business. This individual will create, facilitate and deliver a branded training program. Programs are based on the TMG One Best Way (OBW) minimum standards, company philosophies and operational systems and provide a development pathway for learners to progress their sales and leadership careers
 
 
What you’ll do…
 
Research and develop new training material for new systems/ products/ process
Liaise with Experts within the business to ensure relevancy
Able to deliver a wide variety of digital and in-person training using a range of training techniques
Deliver a personal, compliance, and customer experience leadership development-training program
Conduct and support ongoing development of Leaders coaching them on the behaviours, skills and knowledge required to be a successful Leader
Ability to communicate a company vision and obtain buy in from learners
Maintain a quality training experience through best practice training techniques
Meet regularly with key stakeholders in the business to stay up to date with system changes, new products, new processes
Ensure Regional leaders are up to date with changes and additions to all training material through regular updates
Work with Regional Leaders to ensure all our people are on boarded with the same great experience
Liaise with Experts within the TMG, leisure business and customer support channels to ensure quality training tools and best practice facilitation is achieved
Meet regularly with key stakeholders to stay up to date on challenges and training opportunities
Spend quality time in stores to keep up with the relevance of what is needed in the business
Work with experts and RLs to establish opportunities in the business and roll out training materials to assist
Work with Regional Leaders to create a talent pool of Leaders for further development and training
Ensure recruitment, on boarding and Day 0 delivery is timely and consistent
Improve systems and processes to ensure our staff are fully utilised
Work with Leaders in the business to ensure optimisation of staff and areas of staff shortages are identified
Reduce overtime cost in line with business goals
Work with TT systems team and business leaders to create proactive tools for better workforce planning and management
 
What you can bring to the role…
 
Extensive knowledge of Flight Centre Limited Customer, Sales, Systems and Product focuses 
Understanding of Learning Theories and Methodology
Experience with Research & Development of course content and/or delivery methods
Operational/front end experience
Degree qualified – desirable
Certificate IV in Assessment and Training and/or Adult education qualification – desirable
