Job Description
The Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing the Partnerships relationships in the UK focusing on the Industry Brand Ambassador for Flight Centre, communicating the Flight Centre leisure transformation story to the industry and work with product, the campaigns team and other internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently with clear reporting and ROI for partners and Flight Centre. Building and maintaining relationships with airlines, tourist boards and 3rd party land suppliers to attain co-op income to generate extra marketing spend and ensuring our marketing campaigns deliver clear ROI for the Flight Centre business and the investing partners.
Accountabilities:
Partnerships Strategy –
Work with Head of Product and Partnerships on marketing strategy and ensure that all partnered activity is aligned to our overarching company goals.
Understand and align our partnership strategy to our key customer segments – Solo, Couples, Families and Groups
Marketing Merchandising –
Source the best offers to meet the marketing objectives aligning to the Go to Market Process (GTM) working closely with the commercial air team and marketing.
Ensuring product is loaded correctly into systems to facilitate on and offline sales.
Partner Relationships –
Forge deep relationships with key tourist board partners
Work with air, tour and land partners to grow marketing footprint in Flight Centre
Attend conferences to network and build relationships
Seek new partner opportunities within sector that match strategy
Work with air product to ensure good relationships with airlines.
Flight Centre Ambassador –
Tell the Flight Centre transformation story to partner
Ambassador at industry conferences and event
Manage senior FC leadership engagement with key partners
Cross Functional Working –
Work closely with the Head of Performance & Brand Marketing to ensure product and partnerships are brought to life in the right way.
Work closely with the air commercial team, 3rd Party Suppliers and GLS to ensure the product is on strategy.
Qualifications and Prior Experience:
3 Years plus of partner relationships in product or marketing – Essential
Experience in Flight Centre Product Range – Essential
Degree Qualified – Preferred
