About the Opportunity
With improvement, it brought about changes to the business, we have a Team Leader opportunity in FCM Hong Kong Operations team.
Whether you already have a background in Leadership or Corporate Travel and looking to take the next step in your career, this is your opportunity to step into a critical leadership position in our Global Consistency and Implementation pillar. On top of being responsible for your daily travel consulting duty, this is what you will be tasked:
Motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team to continue to drive them to achieve their sales target
Working with the Team Leader in leading and implementing new initiatives and processes
Developing and maximizing your team potential and continue to grow the business
Assisting and supporting your team in all aspects including:
Customer service and satisfaction
Implementation and adherence to the business daily, weekly and monthly systems
Continue to encourage the achievement of the team financial results and KPI’s
Additional requirements are:
Leads by example and act as a leader in the absence of your VL and Operations Director
Consistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)
Excellent communication and articulation skills
Ability to manage change
Exceptional customer service
The drive, determination and focus to lead a successful business
Sound Business Acumen
