Day to day your tasks will vary and include assisting our corporate travel consultants on clients business travel enquiries,  arranging  air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations, or assisting our clients  to onboard to our technology platform.
Job Responsibilities:
To provide quotations for the sales team.
To assist clients with budget planning/quotation.
To liaise with visa centre on visa & health checks for travel. 
To work with respective countries to obtain quarantine requirement & quarantine hotel arrangements.
To assist team to check on data reports.
To assist with invoicing.
To run alert reports and contact affected passengers.
To run User Acceptance Testing for national clients
To run User Acceptance Testing with GDS team.
To work with OBT support / troubleshooting
Additional duties
To assist and back up our travel consultants coverage when critical.
To run alert reports to affected pax and support to contact clients (it’s critical alert within 24hrs, the team will need to call passenger immediately)
Process refunds and send credit note to customers.
Unused Ticket tracking and reporting.
Part of GDS team UAT testing group
Bill back follow up with hotel, including adding new invoice for bill back if required
Raising tickets for res data and MIS errors.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome
Strong ability to listen and communicate verbally and in writing in English
Able to produce clear, well written business emails
Positive and friendly attitude
Acts with honesty and integrity
Organized, with a strong attention to detail
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
