Job Description

We are recruiting for an Online Enhancements Manager.
The Role:
You will be responsible for completing Change Management and/or Project work for FCM EMEA clients accurately and in a timely manner. You must have strong communication skills, attention to detail and be a positive role model in the team and for the brand. You must have good knowledge on all Online Booking Tools that we offer and constantly strive to learn more. You must have shown promise and have a proven track record of success within an Online environment. You will be accountable for delivering a consistently high standard of work to our customers.
Accountabilities: 
Lead, manage and positively drive all assigned Change Management requests.
Plan and execute complex configuration changes for existing sites with guidance from OEM leader.
Assist ECD Support team members with their CM work in service desk to ensure we deliver to the standards the business requires
Maintain relationships with Account Managers and operations leaders to ensure our team makes a positive contribution to their clients
Identify and highlight any potential road blocks to OEM Leader and ECD Leader efficiently
Participate in the actioning of the team Business Plan and Focus Days
Qualifications: 
Successful completion of at least 6 months in an Online Support/Implementation or Change Management role. – Essential
Proven faultless results and delivery in a support function – Essential
Ability to problem solve, plan a solution and then successfully communicate to various people of differing knowledge levels – Essential
Time management and Multi-tasking – Essential
