About the Opportunity
The Money Mentor program has seen good engagement from selected FCTG Brands and will now grow to be available to over half of the Australian staff base. The program includes a shorter 1-2 meeting format and a full 5 meeting Money Mentor program, each available to select employee cohorts. This role will build on an established model delivering both programs. The role will involve engagement with MWG Leaders, FCTG Stakeholders and individual Mentees. The program provides educational and factual information only and is not part of our AFSL financial advice offering.
In this role you will:
Deliver quality financial literacy education and support to Mentees in understanding a self-assessed wellbeing measure, cashflow structure and control, engagement with super and wealth creation
Manage ongoing participation of Mentees in the program though productive calendar management, supporting Mentees in setting achievable outcomes and taking actions to progress financial confidence and wellbeing
Manage productive delivery of the program, with expectation of 4 – 5 Mentee meetings per day, in addition to engagement and reporting requirements to ensure cost recovery and sustainable commercial outcomes to MWG
Independently learn & grow knowledge on key and trending lifestyle and financial topics that will be useful for the program
Accurately record Mentee attendance at meetings, report on individual and employer cohort progress, and invoice employers/provider partners under the program
Engage with eligible employees and operational leaders to promote take up of the program
Deliver presentations on the suite of MWG offerings to groups of new starting employees
You will do well in this role if:
You have demonstrated strong financial literacy and capability in your own life and are in a good financial wellbeing standing
You have life and work experiences in financial services and strong knowledge of financial literacy topics around cashflow control, debt management, building savings, superannuation and life insurances, investment for wealth creation and estate planning
You love helping people learn, face challenges and change behaviors’ for growth
You have an engaging, confident customer approach and can bring people at all levels of experience along with your ideas
You are highly motivated and able to work independently towards key performance indicators
You have a passion for customer and business outcomes
