About the Opportunity
A leading Travel Management company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Executive to join their growing Brand Marketing team. 
Working with the Head of Marketing, Large Market, the Marketing Executive will be the support function of the Large Market pillar – including these brands: FCM, FCM Meetings & Events, FCM Consulting and Stage & Screen.
This role is crucial in supporting the marketing strategic direction and metrics of driving new lead generation, customer retention and increased brand awareness.
This role will be across all of FCTG Corporate Large Market brands and will gain great insight into the different B2B marketing strategies, with exposure to many internal and external stakeholders, with huge growth potential.
Detailed Accountabilities include:
Facilitate the governance around the Brand in conjunction with Head of Marketing 
Responsible for planning and executing key events nationally and in state where applicable
Responsible for building the post campaign and monthly Marketing Reports required to measure success
Maintain the annual campaign calendar for Large Market in conjunction with Marketing Managers
Support the Marketing Managers with campaign execution where required
Assist in the curation of Customer Success stories. 
Competitor Analysis
Maintaining and improving engagement on the brand websites 
Ensure the very best communication standards are initiated from Marketing to internal and external stakeholders
Regular review of Brand collateral via our shared library of resources, as well as auditing users across multiple platforms
Support general corporate marketing projects related to Brand Marketing team of the Large Market pillar 
Experience:
Experience in Corporate Travel/Travel Industry highly desirable
2-4 years of related experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and creative
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of digital marketing principles
Salesforce expertise preferred
Data analytical skills preferred
