What does Marketing Campaign Manager role entail? 

At FCBT, the Marketing Campaign Manager works alongside the Marketing Manager.  

Once the strategy and objectives are set (in a collaborative way), the FCBT Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns inclusive of;  

 strategy,  

concept design,  

execution,  

measurement  

and optimisation to meet the brands acquisition and retention obecjtives. 

 

So what does a week in the life of a FCBT Marketing Campaign Manager look like?  

The great thing about this role is that you get exposure to all facets of Marketing.  

 

Your role will involve exciting responsibilities such as; 

Developing and managing multi-channel campaigns encompassing, email nurture, blog posts, webinars, organic and paid social, paid search and display, retargeting and managing media placement, corporate hospitality, event marketing. 

Managing and improving online content, considering SEO/SEM and Google Analytics plus website page builds & maintenance. 

Managing relationships with stakeholders, including but not limited to Business, Digital, Content teams, and external agencies  

Exposure to multiple Flight Centre Travel group brands and key Industry partners such as Qantas, VA, Accor etc.  

Analysing, leveraging and acting on data-driven insights to help guide the overall campaign strategy, identify new TTV generation sources 

Partnering with key members of the Marketing, Sales, Customer and Product teams to create the necessary messaging and tools. 

Maintaining an intimate understanding of positioning, key value propositions and messaging for solutions relevant to the assigned focus area. 

Routinely reporting on key performance indicators and other performance insights, making the necessary changes in order to maximise and return favourable results. 

Owning budget management and accountability, ensuring timely and efficient use of resources and ROI. 

 
Who you are 

2+ years in B2B marketing 

Proven end-to-end campaign management experience  

Attention to detail 

Excellent MS Office skills 

Experience with Marketing Automation and Salesforce preferred (not essential) 

Thorough knowledge of, and experience across a wide variety of marketing tactics (including ATL, BTL, digital, social media). 

Good communication and creative skills 

Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship development skills 

Excellent project management skills 

Highly autonomous and able to independently ideate and drive projects to completion with support from other teams across the business 

The ability to create engaging content, adjusted for the audience and the stage in the buyer journey would be advantageous 

Sound understanding of managing and improving online content, considering SEO/SEM and Google Analytics plus website page builds & maintenance.
