About the corporate divisions
The corporate travel division of FCTG comprises a diverse range of corporate travel brands, headlined by the global powerhouses of FCM and Corporate Traveller. The direct team consists of 5 staff members across the globe and is part of a larger corporate group. The position on offer
Being the primary owner of Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua) in the ANZ region
Through a deep understanding of our prospects, customers, and brands, you will develop and lead the in-region automation strategy to acquire, implement and retain customers.
Drive the execution and optimisation of the automation strategy ensuring that we are managing this in line with our customer journey maps and personas.
You will work to support the global Automation platform with the Global Marketing Automation Manager, assisting with implementation, administration, and adoption of Eloqua across brands, helping to ensure project and business needs are met.
There will be requirements to work, day to day on in region tactics and plans in conjunction with global projects that support the improvement of the business globally.
Primary accountabilities & objectives
Email & CRM:
Monitoring and reporting on data, metrics, analytics and optimisation
Customer journey building, campaign set up, email design, testing and execution
Ensure all solutions configured in Eloqua abide by spam and privacy laws of your regionResponsible for supporting/training new and current Eloqua users with their questions
Serve as the regional expert and top user of Eloqua cross-functionally on global teamsWork to increase adoption and functionality within FCTG to ensure “One Best Way” for EloquaManage and build the in-region automation strategy for lead generation, implementation and retention tailored across multiple personas and brandsEnd-to-end email campaign management, including email builds, QA, dynamic list segmentations and proper deploymentContinually seek opportunities to advance automation efforts. Create the logic, build and launching automation campaigns for global teamsManage and enhance A/B testing roadmap within email and providing continual results and recommendations for internal stakeholdersRegional product support – build superior level product knowledge and support best practice for implementation, program development and campaign execution
Experience:
Email Marketing
Salesforce CRM
Analytics and Reporting 
2 Years in a similar type of role
Data Management and Database Management
Marketing Automation Tools (Eloqua preferred but not required – SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Pardot)
