Sales Development Coach

Job Purpose: 
Liberty Travel’s Sales Development Coach is critical for the future success of all new travel consultants hired and onboarded into the Liberty Travel business.  As a sales development coach, you will be responsible for the nurturing and development of our new travel consultants to provide them with guidance and education to ensure they become productive member of the travel sales team as well as the sales development of our consultants not meeting their sales targets.   
The Sales Development Coach with work with the National Director of Sales & Operations and that National Director of Group Travel along with the Network Manager team to implement a program that provides support and education to our newly hired consultants within their first 12 months of hire.  This will include bi-weekly one on ones, monthly half day group meetings, and weekly power hour program for all members of the program.  In addition to the regular touchpoints with the group, the Sales Development Coach will provide ongoing feedback around the travel consultants sales process, product recommendations and customer service through customer phone call and customer email critiques.   
The successful candidate will have proven and successful track record in travel agency sales, experience developing new travel consultants and excellent product knowledge in our key markets of Caribbean and Mexico All-Inclusive and Cruise travel product.    
The Sales Development Coach is a full-time position with a dual reporting line to the Director of Sales & Operations for our Liberty Travel Store Network and the Director of Group Travel and will work closing with our Leisure Leader of Learning and Development.

3+ years in Liberty Travel sales Role or equivalent external sales experience
Proven sales and operational results
Experience leading and developing travel sales consultants
