The Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting all customer support and operational aspects. They should be highly motivated, organized, and place an importance on accuracy within the role. A successful candidate will have a good understanding of the Groups product, strong knowledge of the systems, high level of service to group customer needs. They will work to ensure all aspects of group bookings are completed for each team member of the Group’s Network.
Responsibilities:
Assist with Phones Shifts and customer needs daily
Create rooming lists for partners and net sheets upon finalization
Mange and make changes to existing websites as needed
Manage and Action all incoming Urgent/High Priority customer requests through Zen Desk platform
Assist in booking all Group components for high revenue Groups and assist top consultant in preparation for Group departure
Skills Required:
Computer skills – proficient in all Liberty Group of computer systems
Excellent administrative and organization skills
Good written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to work as part of a team
Knowledge of the Groups business and industry Group needs
