Job Description
Global Procurement Network (GPN) is Flight Centre Travel Group’s global in-house product procurement and consolidation business, servicing a number of Flight Centre’s worldwide selling businesses. The HELiO support teams provide an effective helpdesk by supporting our selling partners, suppliers, and GLS internal businesses.
The role includes providing an effective helpdesk by supporting our Selling Partners, Suppliers, and GPN internal business by phone, email, queue, and live chat. The position includes a rotating weekend roster and reports to the Support Team Leader.

Experience:
Relevant system knowledge
Travel industry knowledge
Experience with email and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
Retail or Wholesale travel experience or alternatively customer service based experience in another industry
Understanding of FCTG business
Knowledge of GPN processes
