About the Opportunity
We are on the hunt for a Global Partnerships Marketing Leader to join our dynamic, fast-paced and successful Global Marketing team. In this role, you will report to the Flight Centre Travel Group Leisure CMO and Flight Centre brand Head of Marketing. You will have dotted line reports from each Flight Centre regions (AU, NZ, RSA, UK & CAD), feeding in, contributing to, and helping to deliver the Global Partnerships marketing plan.
In this role, you will work closely with both the Global Contracting and Product teams, and the regional Retail & Marketing Managers across all leisure brands to ensure both global and regional needs are being considered with all global partnership marketing plans and work cohesively to identify and understand what partners are well suited to business objectives.
As the Global Partnerships Marketing Leader, you will be experienced in providing key stakeholders with campaign, ROI and performance reporting. You will be able to easily integrate, interrogate, and translate data into tangible insights and are encouraged and expected to continue to increasingly look to build on these skills aligning with marketing data enhancements.
As the Global Partnerships Marketing Leader, you are expected to strive for creativity and a point of difference in your work which will assist in showcasing Flight Centre as a brand leader in the travel industry. You are customer obsessed and are driven to deliver the best customer experience possible through your understanding and creative use of partnership opportunities to drive a personalised experience.
What you will be doing
Work with key stakeholders (Contracting & Product teams, Global & Regional Marketing teams) to identify the partners best positioned to drive business momentum
Develop global marketing plans and programs to drive joint demand generation with prioritized partners
Execute co-operative partner plans and programs, which include tactics like digital advertising, events, website, customer journey interactions, store retailing and content etc, designed to amplify joint value propositions and achieve measurable engagement
Design and execute an effective partner marketing program, leveraging travel offerings and custom programs designed in collaboration with the Contracting and product teams (partner/marketing/sales)
Provide key stakeholders with campaign, ROI and performance reporting
Who you are
8+ years of experience as a Senior Campaign Manager, Partnerships Manager or similar.
Fundamental understanding of customer lifecycle and retailing
Experience and understanding of the travel industry ( desired)
