Job Purpose: General Manager, Finance – Support Services AUS
To own, develop and refine financial reporting, business partnering and commercial analysis for the Financial Reporting, People & Culture, Payroll and Property (“Support”) functions for the Australian Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG). To develop financial reporting capabilities through the development of effective processes and strong involvement in associated systems development initiatives.
To develop the level of analysis, insights and provision of strategic management information provided to the Support Leadership Team and other key stakeholders enabling more effective strategic and commercial decision making and execution. To act as a strong leader that leads by example and can influence change and continue to build a dynamic, skilled and professional team.

Qualifications and experience:
CPA/CA qualified
Minimum 7+ years’ experience
Demonstrated experience in managing and inspiring teams
Excellent written, communication and organisational skills
Proven ability to provide outstanding service to internal customers
Excellent knowledge of Excel; and experience using Dashboard Reporting systems
Experience in financial reporting and analysis with strong technical accounting knowledge (Lease Accounting)
