About the Role
As we continue to go through a stage of growth, we are seeking a driven individual to join our close knit team, dedicated to looking after the finances of our corporate businesses.
This diverse role will have you working across accounts payable, receivable and credit control.
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing and issuing client invoices
Process supplier invoices and charge backs
Answering customer enquiries regarding invoices issued and payments received
Monthly reconciliation & processing of credit Cards
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve variances
Credit Control

To be considered for the role, you will have previous related experience, your outstanding customer service skills will have been previously praised and something you take huge pride in.  To stand our from the crowd you will also have:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships at various levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Intermediate excel and word experience
The ability to manage a varied number of tasks whilst working towards deadlines
Experience in accounts payable, receivable or credit control will be highly regarded
