FCM Trainer Role

Experience/Knowledge: 
Proficiency in Sabre GDS is required. 
Knowledge of the travel industry and booking practices – Required 
Well organized and detail oriented 
Bilingual-Spanish and/or French- Preferred 
Ability to work independently to create documents, processes, etc. 
Knowledge of / experience in designing, developing, and delivering blended learning solutions – Preferred 
Experience in an FCTG Operational role – Preferred 
Training background preferred 
Strong written and verbal communication skills – Essential 
Degree Qualified – Preferred 
Responsibilities:
Onboarding facilitation for new hires/rehires 
Ongoing training for existing agents to upskill as required 
Development and documentation of novice training program, to include existing processes, in a multi-course program. 
Periodically review and update training programs to update new processes as required 
Host monthly “coffee break” training sessions for all agents 
One on one sessions for agents as required 
Create and host training sessions as requested by Operations leadership on other topics such as customer service, or anything else required 
Create post-session reference guides to aid participant retention. 
Stay abreast of change to ensure you understand new functionality and can confidently pass this information onto new and existing employees. 
Learning Library creation and maintenance  
Canada & Mexico alignment  
Script and automation mapping and documentation 
Assist with deployment of new processes  
Support for implementation of new platforms  
Training for new processes/platforms  
Red Apps- sourcing efficiency opportunities, ordering and training  
Work with key stakeholders to create a centralized solution for storing and distributing documentation and training material  
Competencies:
Needs to be proactive with the ability to create training programs suitable for a global audience 
Forward thinking, anticipate problem areas and take steps to improve 
Demonstrates excellent open and honest communication with team members and Stakeholders. Must be able to adapt to and help others to embrace change. 
Able to use strategic planning methods to ensure training meets the needs of the network 
Able to manage multiple stakeholders and gather information from a wide range of sources. 
Able to juggle several responsibilities competently. To manage your time effectively, to maximize efficiency and productivity 
Able to manage multiple work streams and internal stakeholder requirements 
 Physical Requirements: 
Occasional travel may be required. 
Must be able to comprehend instructions, interpret documents, and apply abstract principles to a wide range of complex tasks. 
Ability to understand the meanings of words and effectively respond, analyze information, and draft reports, comprehend complex issues, and communicate effectively to diverse groups. 
Job requires employees to perform basic arithmetic accurately and compute rates and percentages. 
Must be able to communicate effectively and) as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
